Design of portal seismic support and hanger

1. The door-type seismic support and hanger should have at least one lateral seismic support or two longitudinal seismic supports;

2. For the same load-bearing hanger to hang multi-layer door hangers, the load-bearing hangers should be separately reinforced and earthquake resistant diagonal braces should be set;

3. The lateral and longitudinal diagonal bracing of the door-type seismic support and hanger should be installed at the connection of the upper beam or load-bearing hanger;

4. When the mass of the accessories on the pipeline is greater than 25kg and the pipeline is rigidly connected, or the mass of the accessories is 9kg~25kg and the pipeline is connected by flexible, lateral and longitudinal seismic supports should be provided.


 

Door type seismic support installation

1. Measurement and anchor positioning: measure the pipe specification of the installation point and the height of the pipe bottom elevation from the floor to determine the length of the full-threaded boom, the length of the upper and lower beam channels, the length of the stiffening channel and the diagonal bracing The length of the channel steel; determine the location of the expansion anchor for drilling.

2. Cutting material : Determine the length of the full-threaded boom, upper and lower channel steel, stiffening channel steel and diagonal support channel steel according to the measured data, and then cut it. After cutting, spray zinc spray on the incision. Avoid cut corrosion.

3. Installation of the main crane: Drill holes according to the location of the expansion bolts of the main crane, and then install the expansion anchors and full-threaded booms.

4. Installation of beams: install the upper and lower beams, the lower beam must be tightened, and then install the limit components, the upper beam maintains a loose state.

5. Installation of lateral and longitudinal support: locate the position of the expansion anchor for lateral and longitudinal support, drill holes, and then install the lateral and longitudinal supports, and the upper beam must also be installed and tightened.

6. Installation of stiffening device: When installing the stiffening device, the spacing should meet the corresponding requirements.
